Marketing Program Coordinator

What will you do?
-Project coordination, task management, and status monitoring to ensure efficiency and quality of marketing program delivery.
-Active day-to-day management of various tech collaboration platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, Gainsight, Reachdesk, Wistia, etc.
-Create and lead weekly reviews and progress check-ins with internal and external stakeholders.
-Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success.
-Support planning and allocation of resources towards strategic marketing program priorities and impact.
-Facilitate communications between internal team members to resolve bottlenecks and drive forward momentum.
What do you need to succeed?
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
-Prior working experience as a coordinator or in project management.
-Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint with a high level of interest in learning new collaboration tech platforms, content management systems (CMS), and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
-Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
-Experience working with budgets and forecasting will be advantageous.
