What you’ll do:
- Act as the primary owner and subject matter expert on all things content, collaborating directly with clients and client agencies for project scoping and execution
- Review and edit AI-generated content for accuracy, quality, grammar, voice, clarity, etc.
- Define, build, and document key marketing processes and proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Insatiable curiosity for artificial intelligence and the role technology can play in elevating marketing
- Comfort using ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to connect with clients at all levels within an organization
- Ability to manage priorities from multiple clients and allocate internal resources to properly load balance tasks
- Experience working in project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, or similar)
