Marketing Operations Lead

What you’ll do:
- Act as the primary owner and subject matter expert on all things marketing ops, collaborating directly with clients and client agencies for project scoping and execution
- Audit client systems to identify gaps or areas for improvement across lead lifecycle, lead scoring, data flows, and reporting
- Lead Hubspot implementations, migrations, and optimization
- Manage cross-channel integrations and automation between Hubspot and connected systems
- Define, build, and document key marketing processes and proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Manage in-house operations resources to support client projects
- Help us grow by supporting in-house agency operations and business development as needed
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience working in marketing technology and operations at early- to mid-stage startups. B2B experience preferred, prior agency experience a plus.
- Expert-level experience working hands-on and in an advisory capacity in Hubspot and Salesforce
- Deep understanding of the MarTech landscape – while marketing automation may be your bread and butter, you bring expertise in evaluating, implementing, and administering other tools for email marketing, ABM, webinar management, analytics, and more
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to connect with clients at all levels within an organization
- Ability to manage priorities from multiple clients and allocate internal resources to properly load balance tasks
- Experience working in project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, or similar)
